Bill was an original founding partner in EMPOWER Sales with John Rademacher in 2003. Currently Bill is General Manager and the company's only principle. Bill has over 25 years of electro-mechanical experience and a MBA from Long Beach State/La Verne University.
Dennis has over 30 years in the electrical business, and has worked for manufacturers, distributors, and manufacturer’s reps. He has an extensive background in sales and technical support of controls, variable frequency drives, and motors servicing water/ wastewater, mining, agriculture, HVAC, and general industrial market segments.

Jason joined EMPOWER Sales in April 2012, after working as a Project Manager for a general contractor in Denver, CO for 5 years. Prior to his construction background, Jason served in the Marine Corps as an infantry platoon sergeant for 4 years. He is currently finishing his Business Management Degree at California State University, San Bernardino. He has earned the Certified Sales Professional designation (CSP).
